Special notice re: COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

In accordance with the Direction of the President of the High Xourt dated 16th March 2020 the Bankruptcy lists of 20 April and 27 April 2020 have been cancelled. 

All matters listed for those dates have been adjourned generally with liberty to re-enter.

The bankruptcy court will not sit on 20 April 2020 or on 27 April 2020.

A party who wishes to apply for a substantive order and can establish urgency should email the bankruptcy court registrar at examinersmail@courts.ie indicating the grounds of urgency.
